This week of school wasn't too bad. I got quite a bit accomplished this week. I filed my taxes already (yay), wrote a personal statement, and prepared all my notes to take four exams in the next two weeks.
My first exam is Molecular Biology. I think I will do fine on it because my professor decided to take the first three weeks of class by reviewing topics we should already know. I think it was a good idea for her to do that because it will give student a chance to score well on their first exam. It will also let students set a solid grade in the class before getting into the harder part of molecular biology.
I also have a first aid exam and practical on Friday. I am happy that OU offers this class for students to take. It definitely is important for people to know how to conduct CPR and the Heimlich Remover in cases of emergencies.
Next week I will have exams in Immunology and Physiology of Microorganisms. Those exams will definitely be hard, so I'll have to start studying right after I take my Molecular exam on Wednesday.
The best part of Week 3 was yesterday, Feb. 2nd. It was Julian's 7th birthday! Julian has been talking about his birthday for about a month now. He was super excited because he was able to see my boyfriend and I, as he doesn't get to see us much. He got Roblox toys and HotWheel cars. His cake was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle themed which made all our mouths turn blue and green.
