If you have a surface pro with the compatible pen that you can click the eraser, then you can create easy shortcuts with the click of your pen eraser.
First make sure you pen is connected via Bluetooth. Then go into settings and go to Pen & Windows Ink. Under that setting you can customize what apps can open with "one click" "double click" or "press and hold"
For my settings I have OneNote to open on my first click, since I am always writing notes with the pen. For Double-click I have stick notes and then press&hold I don't have anything programmed. but there are other options to program your pen to.
